Breathe & Be Retreats

No make-up, No mask, Just your authentic self!

Hidden in the lush hills of Monbulk, a place once used by Indigenous people as a natural refuge - a sanctuary for rest, healing, and renewal after battle - you’re invited to experience your own modern-day restoration.

Breathe and Be is a retreat designed to help you come home to yourself.

Slow down and connect with nature. Return to yourself.

Our seasonal retreats are immersive, multi-day experiences designed to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and back into your body, your breath, and the natural rhythm of the land.

Held across the changing seasons, these retreats offer a deeply restorative space to rest, release, and reset — supported by breathwork, sound, nature, animals, and nourishing food made with care.

Rather than pushing or performing, our retreats invite you to soften, listen, and allow your nervous system to settle. Each experience is guided, intentional, and spacious, with plenty of room to simply be.

What a day looks like:

Each morning begins gently with QiGong in the forest, allowing your body to wake slowly and align with the energy of the land. From there, the days unfold with a thoughtful balance of guided experiences and unstructured time, including: a variety of breathwork sessions to support emotional release and nervous system regulation, sound healing journeys to integrate, soften, and restore. Sharing circles that are supportive and forward-focused, forest walks and quiet moments in nature, journalling and reflective practices, hammock time and daytime naps, time with the animals who offer grounding, presence, and learning.

Nothing is rushed. There is no pressure to participate in everything. Your time is yours.

Nourishment, the way it should be

Food is a central part of the retreat experience.

You’ll be nourished with delicious, seasonal, mostly plant-based meals, lovingly prepared using produce sourced from the farm and local growers whenever possible. Meals are designed to support your body, digestion, and nervous system — the kind of food that feels grounding, comforting, and deeply cared for.

We eat together, slowly, and with appreciation.

Gentle challenge, held in safety

For those who feel called, an ice bath challenge is offered as an optional practice. Guided with care and preparation, this experience supports resilience, presence, and trust in your body — always with consent, safety, and choice at the forefront.

Personalised support
Each guest will receive one personalised session, choosing between:
a full body massage, Equine Assisted Learning session or a personal sound healing

This one-on-one experience allows you to go deeper in the way that feels most supportive for you.

Integration and take-home support
As the retreat comes to a close, everyone is invited back for a post-integration zoom call, to connect, re-regulate and discuss the integration process. You’ll also receive a guided breathwork recording to take home, so you can continue supporting your nervous system and returning to calm long after you leave the farm.

Nurture Creek sits on land that has long been a place of refuge and restoration. The forest, the animals, and the quiet rhythms of the farm offer a natural container for healing — reminding you that you don’t need to be fixed, only supported.

At Nurture Creek, the forest holds you in stillness.

The animals - calm, curious, and accepting - meet you without judgment. Here, you’re invited to remove every layer of expectation: no make-up, no mask, no performance.

Just you - raw, real, and ready to breathe again.

These retreats are perfect for you if:
You feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally heavy
You’ve been “coping” instead of living
You can’t remember the last time you felt calm in your body
You give to everyone except yourself
You’re longing for clarity, peace, and direction
You’re tired of surface-level self-care
You want real emotional release, not band-aids
You crave a deeper connection - with yourself, your body & nature
You’re ready for change, even if you’re scared

You don’t need to be spiritual or fit - you just need to be open

These retreats are not the right fit if:
You want a party weekend
You’re not willing to look inward
You’re unwilling to take responsibility for your emotional world
You want a purely “luxury spa” experience
You don’t want to unplug from your phone/life for a few days
You’re not open to emotional release or personal growth
You don’t feel comfortable being in small groups

This is deep work - held safely, gently, and professionally - but it is work!
