Release Workshop

Shift old energy. Let go of what you no longer need to carry

Life has a way of piling things on.

Stress. Responsibility. Expectations. The mental load of work, family, and constantly looking after everyone else.

Over time, we can become so used to carrying it all that we don't even realise how much weight we're holding.

Release is a 2.5-hour guided breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for your body and nervous system to let go.

Together, we'll explore practical breathing techniques you can take home and use in everyday life to help manage stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and emotional overload. Then we'll move into a deeper guided breathwork journey where the body is given the opportunity to release what the mind may not even be aware it's still holding onto.

Sometimes we know exactly what is keeping us stuck.

Sometimes we don't.

Either way, your body knows what it is ready to let go of.

Held in an intimate group of just 8 people, this workshop takes place in our beautiful forest yurt at Nurture Creek. For a few precious hours there is nowhere to be, nothing to achieve, and nothing expected of you.

Just space to breathe.

To feel.

To soften.

To release.

You’ll experience:

Practical breathwork tools for everyday life

A guided release breathwork journey

Nervous system regulation and grounding

Time for reflection, integration even a forest walk

A small, supportive group environment

Tea, connection, and space to simply be
