What's Included?
One-on-One Coaching: sometimes you just need to brain dump with someone who will listen and help you make sense of the busyness inside your head and help you prioritise.
Interactive Workshops: With horses as your mirror, gain a deeper understanding of your challenges, habits and limiting beliefs, gain insights to shift barriers.
Wellness and Relaxation: Enjoy the tranquil surroundings of Nurture Creek, with activities designed to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body.
Optional Team building day: Enhance your team's cohesion and communication through an extraordinary day of fun and challenges guided by our intuitive horses.

An example of a successful management retreat:
Day 1:
~ Arrive, unpack and explore your surrounds.
~ Feed and meet the animals
~ Relax by a campfire and introduce yourself and business to Bek
Day 2:
~ Jump straight into a challenging horse session
~ Followed by a debrief and time for reflections
~ Finish your day with a reiki session to help clear thoughts and relax
Day 3:
~ Brainstorming/Planning session
~ Allow the horses to help us with clarity and heart connections
Day 4:
~ Priorities review and goodbyes
Your days on the farm will be a combination of structured activities while also allowing ample time for you to be alone with your thoughts, pondering the big questions that might come up.
The strategies we teach you can be taken into your business and help you connect back to the spirit of nurture creek wherever you may be. The more you stay the deeper you go, We recommended a stay of 3 nights as a minimum, one to review, one to explore barriers and another to completely let go, relax and be open to lessons.
My retreat was a much needed break from the day to day challenges of running a business and an opportunity to allow realisations and reflections. The lessons from the work with the horses were unexpectedly deep and life changing, you know when you know things, but you don't know you know them?
