Sound Familiar?

This retreat is for you if...

You’ve been holding your breath, and carrying too much, for too many, for far too long.

You’re completely disconnected from your body, your truth, and your sense of self.

You crave more than just rest. You’re ready for deep release, and a safe space to truly feel.

You feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally heavy

You want real emotional release, not band-aids

You’re ready for change, even if you’re scared

You arrive carrying more than you realise…
and leave carrying less.

Before the retreat, life often feels like this:

  • Your body is tense, even when nothing is “wrong”

  • Rest doesn’t land the way it used to

  • You’re managing stress instead of recovering from it

  • Your breath is shallow, fast, or barely noticed

  • You’re coping - but not fully present

  • After the retreat, many participants notice:

  • A deeper sense of calm in their body

  • Breathing that feels slower, fuller, and more natural

  • Less emotional reactivity and mental noise

  • A renewed sense of clarity and inner steadiness

  • The feeling of coming home to themselves

  • This isn’t a temporary high or an emotional release you have to recreate at home.

You leave with a regulated nervous system and practical tools to support it in real life.

About the Breathe & Be Retreat

Hidden in the lush hills of Monbulk, a place once used by Indigenous people as a natural refuge - a sanctuary for rest, healing, and renewal after battle - you’re invited to experience your own modern-day restoration.

Breathe & Be is a retreat designed to help you slow down, connect with nature and return to yourself.

Our seasonal retreats are immersive, multi-day experiences designed to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and back into your body, your breath, and the natural rhythm of the land. Held across the changing seasons, these retreats offer a deeply restorative space to rest, release, and reset - supported by breathwork, sound, nature, animals, and nourishing food made with care.

Rather than pushing or performing, our retreats invite you to soften, listen, and allow your nervous system to settle. Each experience is guided, intentional, and spacious, with plenty of room to simply be.

Each morning begins gently with QiGong in the forest, allowing your body to wake slowly and align with the energy of the land.

From there, the days unfold with a thoughtful balance of guided experiences and unstructured time, including a variety of breathwork sessions to support emotional release and nervous system regulation, sound healing journeys to integrate, soften, and restore.

Sharing circles that are supportive, forest walks and quiet moments in nature, journaling and reflection, hammock time and daytime naps, time with the animals who offer grounding, presence, and learning.

Nothing is rushed. There is no pressure to participate in everything.
    Your time is yours.

Hi, I'm Bek and I'll be holding this space for you.

I’m a mother, business owner, farmer, breathwork facilitator - and a woman who knows how it feels to carry too much for too long.

There was a time in my life when everything looked fine from the outside. But inside, I was stretched thin, disconnected from my body, and quietly wondering, “Is this really it?” It wasn’t until I was introduced to breathwork - not just as a practice, but as a way of being - that I began to feel myself return.

Over the years, I’ve trained deeply in breathwork and somatic practices. But the most important thing I bring into every retreat is this: I’ve been there. I know the courage it takes to slow down. I know how vulnerable it feels to be still. And I know how powerful it is to be witnessed in your softness - not your strength.

That’s why I created Breathe & Be. Not to teach you how to become someone else… but to give you space to remember who you already are.

At each retreat, I’ll be walking alongside you - sharing the practices that brought me home to myself, cooking nourishing meals, sitting beside you by the fire, and holding space for whatever you’re carrying.

This work is my calling. And it’s an honour to walk with people like you - as you exhale, unravel, and come home.

I came in feeling completely disconnected. I left with a full heart, new friends, and a deeper connection to myself than I’ve ever felt.

I’ve done other retreats and other breathworks , but none like this. I was truly held. No pressure to perform or pretend. Just permission to be

These breathworks combined with the entire retreat fundamentally changed me. I felt myself letting go of things I didn’t even know I was carrying.

    Frequently Asked Questions

+ Do I need any breathwork or retreat experience to attend?

Not at all. This retreat is designed for both complete beginners and those familiar with breathwork practices. Everything will be gently guided - no experience needed, just a willingness to show up exactly as you are.

+ Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. You don’t need experience with breathwork or embodiment practices. You’ll be gently guided every step of the way.

+ I have anxiety - is this safe for me?

Yes. Breathwork can bring up emotions, but you’ll always have support and full permission to go at your own pace.

    + Can I comealone or with a friend/partner?

Yes, many women do. This space is designed to help you feel safe, welcomed, and connected — even if you come not knowing a soul.

+ What actually happens during the retreat?

Each day includes a mix of gentle breathwork journeys, nourishing food, embodied movement, nature time, and space to rest.

There are no strict schedules or high-pressure moments - just a rhythm designed to support you in softening, reconnecting, and landing in your body.

You can view a sample retreat flow above in the “What to Expect” section.

    + What should I bring?

After booking, you’ll receive a welcome guide with everything you need to know, including a full packing list. Think: comfy clothes, cosy socks, journal, and anything that helps you feel grounded and warm.

+ Is this a therapy or healing retreat?

No, this isn’t therapy, and you won’t be coached or “worked on.”This is a space for deep rest, real connection, and emotional release through breath and stillness. There’s no pressure to share anything you don’t want to. You’re in charge of your experience, always.

+ What if something comes up for me during breathwork?

That’s totally okay - and common. The space is held gently and professionally so you can feel safe if emotions arise. You’re never alone in your process, and you’ll be supported with grounding tools and rest if needed. There’s no expectation to push through or perform.

+ Is the retreat accessible if I have limited mobility?

    Nope

If you’re attending with a friend, we’ll do our best to place you together. If you're solo and in a shared room, we’ll thoughtfully pair you with someone compatible.

If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out before booking.

+ What’s the food like? Will it suit dietary needs?

Meals are nourishing, seasonal, plant-based, and gluten-free by default - think grounding soups, fresh salads, wholegrains, slow breakfasts, and warm drinks.

We can usually cater to allergies or specific requirements - just let us know when booking.

+ Is there phone reception or WiFi?

There’s limited reception at the venue - and that’s part of the magic. This is your permission slip to unplug.

You’ll be contactable in an emergency, but otherwise, you’re invited to fully disconnect and drop into presence.

+ Can I arrive late or leave early?

To honour the container and the group energy, we ask that all guests commit to attending from start to finish.

The full 3 nights is part of what creates the depth and safety of the experience
