For many people, everyday life can feel like running a marathon with no finish line - busy thoughts, buzzing bodies, and a nervous system that rarely gets the chance to fully switch off. It’s easy to get stuck living ‘from the neck up,’ caught in overthinking, anxiety, and old stories about who we are and what we’re capable of.
Breathwork offers a gentle, yet powerful pathway to shift all of that - helping you get out of your head, back into your body, and fully present in your life. Breathwork is more than just breathing deeply (though we do plenty of that, too). It’s about using the breath intentionally to create specific effects on your body and nervous system - calming, energising, releasing, or resetting, depending on what you need most.If life feels loud, heavy, or relentlessly busy, this is your place to exhale. Just Breathe is a gentle, grounding weekly breathwork class held at Nurture Creek in the peaceful hills of the Dandenong Ranges.
Each session guides you out of your thinking mind and back into your body — helping you slow down, soften tension, and reconnect with the part of you that’s been asking for space to breathe.
Through intentional breath, somatic awareness, and supportive guidance, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, release built-up stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and clarity.
This circle is welcoming, beginner-friendly, and designed for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, centred, and emotionally resilient.
You’ll experience:
Breathwork techniques for calm, clarity, and emotional release
A safe, supportive space to unwind and reset
Gentle guidance suited to all levels
Time to reconnect with yourself away from life’s noise
The peaceful energy of Nurture Creek’s forest and animals

Perfect for you if:
You would like to try out breathwork at Nurture Creek
You feel overwhelmed, anxious, or overstimulated
You want to regulate your nervous system
You’re craving stillness, softness, and grounding
You want a weekly practice that brings you back to yourself

Practical details:
Hour Long Sessions run most weeks at variable times at Nurture Creek.
There will be 20 minutes at the end of the breathwork for you to either go for a little forest walk or you can have a cup of tea and sit and watch the animals grazing.
Come as you are — tired, messy, overwhelmed, or open-hearted.
Leave feeling lighter, clearer, more centred, and able to breathe again.

The aim isn’t perfection. It’s not about doing breathwork ‘right.’ It’s about exploring how your breath can become a tool to help you feel more grounded, more resilient, and more in control of your own inner world.

Your breath is your anchor. Let it lead you home..
