Sessions run for 75–90 minutes, allowing you space to open, explore, release, and most importantly settle and recalibrat.

Where we work
Private sessions are held at Nurture Creek in the peaceful Dandenong Ranges - surrounded by forest, birdsong, and animals who remind you what it feels like to be fully present and wholly yourself.
If you would prefer a session to be run in your home, then that is perfectly fine too, please contact me to arrange a time that I can travel to you.
