Release Workshop

Shift old energy. Let go of what you no longer need to carry

Life has a way of piling things on.

Stress. Responsibility. Expectations. The mental load of work, family, and constantly looking after everyone else.

Over time, we can become so used to carrying it all that we don't even realise how much weight we're holding.

Release is a 3 hour guided breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for your body and nervous system to let go.

Together, we'll explore practical breathing techniques you can take home and use in everyday life to help manage stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and emotional overload. Then we'll move into a deeper guided breathwork journey where the body is given the opportunity to release what the mind may not even be aware it's still holding onto.

Sometimes we know exactly what is keeping us stuck.

Sometimes we don't.

Either way, your body knows what it is ready to let go of.

Held in an intimate group of just 8 people, this workshop takes place in our beautiful forest yurt at Nurture Creek. For a few precious hours there is nowhere to be, nothing to achieve, and nothing expected of you.

Just space to breathe.

To feel.

To soften.

To release.

I attended the Release Breath Workshop at Nurture Creek on Saturday, and it’s hard to put into words just how special the experience was.
From the moment you arrive and walk down through the forest to the yurt, you can feel yourself starting to slow down. The space is warm, welcoming and thoughtfully created, with a crackling fire, comfy cushions, cacao, and a sense of calm that wraps around you the moment you walk in.
The day included nervous system education, a safe space to reflect and share, release rituals, Reiki and a profoundly moving breath-work journey.
Everything felt so intentionally curated, held with genuine care, compassion and love.I arrived feeling frazzled, carrying the usual stress and busyness of life, and left feeling lighter, softer and more connected to myself. It wasn’t just a few hours of relaxation, it felt like a reset.
The experience planted seeds that I’ve already found myself carrying into everyday life, with a greater awareness of how I care for and regulate myself. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of a space to breathe, rest and reconnect, I can’t recommend Nurture Creek highly enough.
It was a truly beautiful experience, and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to attend.

I absolutely loved Saturday’s Release Breath Workshop.
The yurt was the perfect setting - the fireplace, the sound of the rain on the roof, and the chance to step away from everyday life for a few hours created such a calming atmosphere. Bek creates a really welcoming and supportive environment, making it easy to fully settle into the experience.
I’ve attended her Just Breathe sessions regularly, so I was excited to join this workshop.
I left feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded. It was exactly what I needed, and I’ll definitely be back for another one.

Thank you for sharing this hidden gem you have put your hard work into. So much to say about Nurture Creek? Firstly, Adam’s awesome sense of humour and knowledge he has shared, to Charli, who you should be so proud of, an absolutely lovely girl with so much knowledge, kindness and helpfulness. The cottage is so cosy and just perfect. The farm has great areas to walk, beautiful section of animals to pat, feed and talk to, lots for the children to do! Swings, mud and manure to walk in, water to float sticks in, stones to throw in, wood to build things and of course the animals! Thank you so much -0 what an absolute beauty, we will be back

My family stayed at Nurture Creek at the start of the recent school holidays. The accommodation was perfectly comfortable - it had everything we needed for our short stay. But we weren't there for the accommodation - we were there for the farm experience and it certainly didn't disappoint. We've done three other farm stays Victoria over the past few years and this was by far the best. The others were really good, but this was another level entirely and I highly recommend it to anyone that's looking for this kind of thing. The hosts (Bek and family) not only open their doors to their guests, but their very lives too. This permeated every little aspect and detail our time there - sharing a loaf of freshly baked sourdough bread, allowing us to get involved in every animal feeding session, collecting chicken eggs whenever we wanted, etc, and they were very generous with their time and talking about their mission, future plans, property and personal history, challenges, etc. Each one of us loved the stay and the kids definitely want to return. On top of that, Monbulk and the Dandenong Ranges are an idyllic setting and there were lots of nice places to go and eat, shop, drink and play. Thanks Bek and family.

We have found a perfect farm stay. Freshly renovated cottage, extremely clean, well stocked pantry. But the best part is the living beings here, the animals & the humans alike. we are in love with Indy the farm dog....really had thoughts of running away with her, the goats with amazing personalities...my favourite is Billy, cutest Alpacas, beautiful horses, lovely cows n calf and many chickens and 2 turkeys. And Wilbur the pig who prefers to tip his bowl of food. Bek, Charli, Lachlan and Adam are the BEST hosts EVER! If your soul need a drink of life...come here and stay for 5 days like we did to soak it all in. Dont just use this place to spend the night and do the activities around, please leave atleast a day to just be on the farm and walk the trail and watch the leaves fall
