Alongside breathwork, I often incorporate gentle Reiki and energetic support throughout sessions.
One of the comments I hear most often is:
"I don't know what you did, but everything just melted away."
While every experience is unique, many people describe feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to themselves afterwards.
I don't believe healing is something done to you.
I believe the body already knows how to restore balance when given the right conditions.
My role is simply to help create those conditions.
