This is a short breath flow that I just love.
It's purpose is for you to connect with your heart and let go of any 'busy' that you have in your body or mind.
Please set 20-30 minutes to yourself, turn your phone on silent, find a quiet space, and maybe a blanket to stay warm. Then just get yourself comfy. I recommend that you lay down to allow your body space to relax and really let go of whatever you're holding onto right now.
Remember there's no right or wrong, - breathe and do what feels right for you.
If at any time you feel uncomfortable or like something is not right, please find your own rhythm and listen to your body, it knows exactly what you need so don't push it.
When I facilitate in person we can work on pushing limits but when you're by yourself, stay safe and listen to your heart.
